Flex produces custom-bent rigid tubes for a wide range of applications and industries. We use the finest equipment available produced by industry leaders.

Flex can bend material from ¼" OD through 2-¼" OD tubing. We can bend angles up to 180 degrees. We use a patented “Empty Bend” tooling system that allows us to avoid the need for an internal mandrel. No inner mandrel means additional lubricants are not introduced and therefore improve the cleanliness of the final product.

Flex can end-form one-piece, leak-proof end styles such as O-Ring Face Seal or 37-degree J.I.C.

We use an off-line bender simulation program for your design and quoting needs, which means we produce accurate and timely quotes that reflect your specific needs.
